This policy explains what information Tixly processes when it operates in a Discord server.
Tixly may process Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, usernames, ticket messages, server configuration, warnings, test usage counts, and AI provider configuration needed to operate the bot.
Tixly stores persistent configuration and state in the server's private Tixly data channel. Ticket content may be processed to provide support responses.
When an AI provider is used, relevant support messages and configured server knowledge may be sent to that provider to generate a response. API keys are treated as secret configuration and are not intentionally displayed to users.
Access to administrative configuration is protected by the Tixly admin dashboard secret. Server owners should keep their dashboard and AI API credentials private.
